شبکه اجتماعی واتس آپ از به اشتراک گذاشتن داده های کاربران با فیس بوک منع شده است

مدیرات نرم افزار واتس آپ در کشور آلمان حق به اشتراک گذاری دیتا های کاربران خود را با فیس بوک ندارند. سازمان نظارت بر حقوق خصوصی آلمان با این کار مدیران رسما مخالفت خود را اعلام کرد.
به گزارش ایده آفرین ، فیس بوک برای بهبود سیستم تبلیغاتی خود روی وب در ماه گذشته ، اعلام کرد استفاده از دیتای کاربران شبکه ی اجتماعی واتس آپ را استارت خواهد زد.
آن زمان بسیاری از کاربران این کار را نقض حقوق خصوصی خود تلقی کردند و امروز کمیسیون حمایت از دیتا در هامبورگ رسماً منع قانونی برای این کار تعیین کردند.
در بیانیه این کمیسیون آمده است، واتس‌اَپ بلافاصله از تلاش برای به اشتراک‌گذاری دیتای کاربران آلمانی دست بردارد و باید هر نوع دیتای ارسال‌شده را پاک کند چراکه کاربران هیچ موافقت نامه ای را برای این کار امضاء نکرده‌اند.
دستگاه قضایی اتحادیه اروپایی اخیراً به کمپانی‌های بین‌المللی دستور داده تا کاری علیه حفظ دیتای ملی کاربران در فضای مجازی نکنند.
واتس آپ بیش از 35 میلیون کاربر دارد.
البته فیس‌بوک پاسخ داده است که تاکنون دیتایی به اشتراک گذاشته نشده و اگر قرار بر این باشد، حتماً قانونی عمل خواهد کرد.
